Bristol

We are here for all of your skip hiring needs in Bristol. HSS Hire’s standard collection of skips is designed to make the job easy and safe, so you can be confident when you choose to work with us.

Our standard collection has five sizes to choose from:

  • 4 Cubic Yards (3.2’ H. x 6’ L. x 4.3’ W.)
  • 6 Cubic Yards (4’ H. x 8.6’ L. x 5’ W.)
  • 8 Cubic Yards (4’ H. x 12’ L. x 5.6’ W.)
  • 12 Cubic Yards (5.6’ H. x 12.2’ L. x 5.1’ W.)
  • 20 Cubic Yards (6.1’ H. x 20’ L. x 7.9’ W.)

Each of these models is ideal for a different kind of project, but all of our skips are up to safety and quality standards.

The 4 Cubic Yards Skip can hold about 35 black bin bags and can manage heavy debris like rocks, concrete, bricks, soil and clay. This size is a good choice for do-it-yourself projects around the home. Our 6 Cubic Yards Skip is also able to handle heavy debris but it can hold as many as 55 black bin bags, so it is ideal for larger home projects.

Our 8 Cubic Yards Skip is the most popular choice when it comes to building projects, as it can hold heavy debris and manage up to 70 black bin bags. This skip will make your project easier and is a good solution for tasks that will include a lot of waste.

If you are planning a bigger project, the 12 Cubic Yards Skip is a good option. This model can carry mixed debris and hold up to 110 black bin bags. Its larger size makes it better for more large-scale projects.

The 20 Cubic Yards Skip is the largest in our standard collection and is ideal for very big projects, as it can manage as many as 220 black bin bags. This skip’s large size and ability to carry a lot of mixed debris make it an excellent model for a variety of projects.

Aside from our standard collection, we also offer 2, 10, 14 and 40 Cubic Yards Skips. These sizes are available upon request and you can contact us for more details and a quote.

When you are ready to book a skip, have your postcode, information about where the skip will be used, details about the type of waste you have and information about what payment method you want to use ready. Some local councils require citizens to have a skip permit before they start their project, so check with your local authorities.
